What will be your role?
As Night Porter you will be the vital link for our guests and teams during the night. You will warmly welcome late-night arrivals, assist with their luggage, and efficiently arrange transport or valet parking to ensure a smooth and comfortable experience. Should guests request additional pillows or extra towels, you will promptly attend to their needs, ensuring their stay is as pleasant as possible.
Your role demands flexibility and adaptability, as each night brings unique challenges and opportunities to enhance guest experiences. This role is well suited to people who thrive in a dynamic environment and enjoy creating memorable experiences for guests.

Who are we looking for?
Our new Night Porter is an engaging and caring individual, eager to help and support guests and colleagues. Their focus is on providing a secure and pleasant stay, ensuring our guests feel well-cared-for and at ease. Furthermore, you have:
2 years of experience in a similar role at a high-end hotel;
Prior experience with front office systems (Opera is preferred);
Excellent English proficiency (Dutch proficiency is preferred);
Ability to work night shifts;
A driver’s license (B);
A strong sense of responsibility and attention to detail.
