What will be your role?
Your primary role as a Houseman involves supporting your colleagues and providing excellent service to our guests. You will transport linen, amenities, and other supplies to the housekeeping storerooms on the guest floors, ensuring Room Attendants and Supervisors have everything they need to maintain the hotel rooms. You will also respond to various guest requests, including additional towels, special amenities, baby beds, and extra beds. Additionally, you will be responsible for collecting and delivering guest laundry to their rooms. Given the dynamic nature of our luxury hotel, flexibility and adaptability are crucial, as your tasks may vary from day to day.

What will your 5-star luxury working environment look like?
Housekeeping at the Conservatorium hotel is different from other hotels and you are part of the largest team on property. Together with your passionate colleagues, you will help to keep the hotel in pristine condition. When working in the housekeeping department, you can expect to start between 7:00AM-9:00AM, or 3:00PM if you have the PM shift.
Who are we looking for?
Our new housekeeping colleague is a team orientated and reliable colleague, who enjoys working in a multi-cultured group of professionals. Furthermore, you are/have:
Housekeeping experience such as, Houseman or Linnen Porter, ideally in a 5-star hotel;
Legal permission to work in The Netherlands (permit or EU-passport);
Fluent in English;
A strong sense of responsibility, flexible work ethic, and eye for detail.
