What will be your role?
As a Barista at BARBOUNIA in the Conservatorium hotel you will be an essential part of a great team of professionals providing our guests with exquisite breakfast, lunch, brunch and dinner. You will take ownership of the bar section during service, preparing the top-quality of coffees, teas, cocktails and soft drinks. Your role includes guiding guests through our flavours and drink options, making their experience memorable. Most importantly, you will have the chance to share your passion and expertise every day! As our new Barista, you report directly to the Head Barista of the Conservatorium hotel.

• A salary starting from €2.252 – €2.418 (full time);

What will your 5-star luxury working environment look like?
BARBOUNIA and Lounge are located in a stunning glass courtyard with spectacular floor-to-ceiling windows. BARBOUNIA celebrates authentic cuisine from the South of France, Italy and Greece. Open daily from 6:30 a.m. until midnight, shifts can start as early as 05:00 a.m. and finish as late as 01:00 a.m. Please keep this in mind when applying for this position. Our team consists of hosts, waiters, baristas and stewards. Together with the leadership team, we strive to make every visit memorable.

Who are we looking for?
Our ideal Barista is vibrant, committed to excellence, and a genuine team player. You are keen to learn and have a passion for delivering exceptional service in a prestigious 5-star luxury hotel setting. Furthermore, you have:

• Prior experience in Barista positions (preferably high-end);

• Affinity with coffee, tea and cocktails;

• Excellent knowledge of English language;

• Living in or around Amsterdam.
